We are participating in Talk Like a Pirate Day to help raise funds for Childhood Cancer Support. This cause is very near and dear to my heart, I lost a son and Ember lost her twin brother Cole to childhood cancer. Cole was not afraid of dying however he was afraid of being forgotten. This is one way myself, Ember and my family help keep Cole’s memory alive.Talk Like a Pirate Day not only brings awareness to such a horrible disease but it also helps support families that are currently going through a cancer diagnosis and treatment.
